LADIES TEAM

Winter League Matches 2010/11

The results of our second match (Sunday 14th November) at home -v- Angmering 5 are:-

Kellie & Jeannie 2-6 6-1 5-7;  6-2 6-0 and Dorcas & Jo  2-6 6-8; 1-6 0-6 . We LOST 1-3

This match has just been played under very difficult conditions (rain!!!) so a big thank you to the team.

Sunday 17th October (away) -v- Hurstpierpoint Angela & Clare:  5-7   6-4  2-6 ;  6-2  6-3 and Lorna & Jeannie:  6-2 6-2 and 6-1  6-3   We LOST:  3-1

The dates for the remaining Winter League Matches are as follows:- 

Sunday 6th February (away) -v- Weald 5

Sunday 20th February (home) -v- Middleton 3

Saturday 12th March (away) to Billingshurst 2

The results of the Summer League matches played were as follows:-

Saturday 15 May (Home) against Middleton3:  Linda & Kellie 6-4, 4-6, 7-5 and 3-6, 1-6.  Amanda & Jeannie 0-6, 2-6, and 1-6, 3-6.    We Lost 1-3

The second match was on 27th June (Home) against Arundel 2:  Amanda & Clare 6-3, 6-7, 6-2 and 6-4, 4-6, 6-2. Lorna & Jeannie 6-2, 7-6 and 6-1, 6-0.  We Won 4-0

The third match was on 4th July (Away) against Storrington 4:   Linda & Kellie 6-0, 6-1 & 6-0, 6-4. Amanda & Penny 2-6, 1-6 & 1-6, 1-6.  A Draw 2-2

Sunday 18th July (Home) -v- Storrington 5 :  Kellie & Angela 6-4 6-3 & 7-6 5-7 6-1.  Philippa & Lorna 2-6 6-7 & 6-1 6-7 7-6.  We Won 3-1

Sunday 8th August (Away) -v- Steyning 2:  Linda & Angela 6-4 6-2 & 1-6 5-7.  Jeannie & Jane 6-1 6-0 & 3-6 4-6. A DRAW 2-2 

Sunday 22nd August (Home) -v- Preston 2: Linda & Philippa 1-6 3-6 & 0-6 1-6. Kelly & Amanda 0-6 0-6 & 0-6 2-6. Lost 0-4
